Terms and Conditions:

  • All entrants must by over 16 years
  • All entrants must *opt in to email communication regarding the Lottery as the prime communication method.
  • All ticket monies will be deposited in the CLOCK TOWER LOTTERY Account, a minimum of 50% of funds will be retained for the Village Hall restoration project. The remaining monies will be paid in prize money over each financial year (1 Apr-31Mar).
  • Payment will be made by standing order on 1 st day monthly, tickets where money has not been received by 5 th day will NOT be entered into that draw.
  • The draw will be made on 18 th day monthly and prize notification will be made by email. Prize money will be paid by bank transfer to the account the monthly payment is received from.
  • Any changes to payments will be notified by you to the Clock Tower Lottery team in writing or by email to info@stewartvillagehall.org.uk
  • Submitting this application form deems acceptance of all terms and conditions stated.
